No. I notarize completed documents but do not prepare the Notice of Commencement or provide legal advice. Please obtain the completed form from your contractor, attorney, title company, county, or permitting office. 

No. My service covers notarization only. The signer or appropriate contractor, attorney, title company, county, or permitting office handles recording. 

The total depends on the type of notarization, travel distance, appointment time, and whether you choose mobile or online notarization. Contact me for a quote before booking. 

Online notarization may be available for eligible Florida Notices of Commencement. The property owner can connect remotely without traveling back to Florida.
