I’ll meet you at the agreed location, verify your identification, and complete the notarization.
Payment is due at the time of service.

Yes. I provide mobile closing and loan signing services for title companies, real estate attorneys, and mortgage professionals. I handle buyer and seller packages, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and other real estate documents.
I provide mobile notary services throughout Seminole, Orange, and Volusia counties, including Altamonte Springs, Sanford, Longwood, Casselberry, Apopka, and surrounding Central Florida communities. Other locations may be considered upon request.
If your document requires witnesses, you may bring your own. If you don’t have witnesses available, I may be able to arrange them for an additional fee. Please let me know in advance so availability and fees can be confirmed.
Please have a current form of identification acceptable under Florida notary law. If you are unsure whether your identification is acceptable, contact me before the appointment so we can confirm.
For general notary services, the notarial fee is $10 per notarial act. A separate travel fee applies based on the appointment location and distance traveled. Witness fees may also apply when witnesses need to be arranged. Your total fee will be confirmed before the appointment.
