1. Email the Document(s)
Email me the document(s) needing notarization. Please do not sign them in advance. Professionals may also send documents on behalf of their clients.
2. Verify & Connect
I’ll coordinate directly with the signer to complete identity verification and provide the secure appointment link.
3. Sign Online
The signer meets with me by secure live video. I’ll verify their identity, witness the signature, and complete the notarization electronically. The notarized document is typically available electronically shortly after the session.

Contact Global Notary Plus and send the document for an initial review. You will receive instructions to upload the document securely, complete identity verification and join the scheduled live video session. The completed electronic document is provided after the notarization.
You will need an unsigned document, acceptable identification, a device with a camera and microphone, and a reliable internet connection. Additional identity verification may be required by the online notarization platform.
Remote online notarization uses identity verification, a live audio-video session, an electronic notarial certificate and a tamper-evident electronic seal. The session is recorded and retained as required by Florida law.
Many documents may be notarized online, including affidavits, powers of attorney, real estate documents, consent forms, and business documents. Requirements can vary, so please send your document for review before scheduling.
You will receive the completed electronically notarized document as a digital file. You can print a copy if needed, but the notarized original remains electronic.
